Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have two ways to get your money back — our 90-day money-back guarantee and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law grants every consumer. You can choose whichever suits you.

If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund of the product price within 90 days of your order date. No proof of use, no photos, no written justification — just write to us.

How it works

1. Write to us at [email protected] with the subject “90-day guarantee refund”. Include your order number, the name on the order, the email address used, and the IBAN (and BIC, if outside the SEPA area) of the bank account to which the refund should be paid.
2. We reply within 2 working days with a return authorisation number (Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA) and the return address.
3. Send the product back and write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. The return must be sent within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
4. We process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the return, by bank transfer to the account you provided.

If your parcel has not yet been delivered, you can also refuse to accept it at the door — it will then be returned to us automatically, and we will process the refund in the same way.

What is refunded

• The full product price for your first order.
• The outbound shipping costs are refunded only for the first parcel of your first order.
• The return shipping costs are borne by you.

Conditions

• One refund per customer, household and delivery address.
• The guarantee applies only to your first order. Follow-up orders are covered by your statutory rights, but not by this voluntary guarantee.
• The product must be returned. Empty, partly used or fully used bottles are accepted — but the bottles themselves must reach us.
• We cannot accept returned parcels that are sent cash on delivery (COD).

This 90-day money-back guarantee is an additional benefit that we offer directly. It does not replace, limit or affect your statutory rights.

EU law gives you the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies in addition to our 90-day money-back guarantee.

If you withdraw within 14 days, we will refund you the full product price plus the standard outbound shipping costs, without an RMA number being required. You bear only the cost of returning the goods.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form printed at the end of this page, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will refund to a bank account that you specify.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning the goods; we will tell you the address to send them to.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

This exception applies only if the product was sealed (e.g. with an original seal membrane on the bottle or a sealed outer packaging) and the seal has been removed. If the seal is intact, you can return the product regardless of whether the outer packaging has been opened.

If your product is defective, arrives damaged or does not match the description, you have a statutory warranty claim (legal guarantee of conformity) under EU consumer law, with a limitation period of two years from delivery. For the expected shelf life of the product, please refer to the best-before date printed on the packaging.

Statutory warranty claims do not require an RMA number and are not subject to the 90-day period of our voluntary guarantee.
